Can a basement be waterproofed from the inside?
Yes. When external excavation isn't practical we use negative-side systems — crystalline treatments, injection and bonded tanking — designed to resist water pressure from the outside.
What causes rising damp in Dubai villas?
Usually a combination of a high water table, irrigation saturating the soil around the villa and a missing or failed damp-proof course. We identify which before specifying a fix.
Will basement waterproofing stop the salt stains?
Stopping the water stops new salts forming. Existing efflorescence is cleaned and the substrate treated before the protection system goes on.
