Epoxy & industrial flooring in Dubai
Floors in warehouses, car parks and kitchens take forklifts, chemicals, hot water and constant cleaning. We specify and install systems built for that — not showroom finishes that peel in a year.

Overview
Epoxy & Industrial Flooring: scope, systems and delivery

Most floor coating failures in the UAE come down to the slab, not the resin: moisture rising through the concrete, laitance left on the surface or a coating chosen for appearance rather than load. The result is blistering, delamination and dusting within months.
We test slab moisture, mechanically prepare the surface and select the right system for the use — epoxy for chemical and abrasion resistance, polyurethane-cement for thermal shock in kitchens, and textured or broadcast finishes where slip resistance matters. Car parks get trafficable, waterproof deck systems that protect the structure as well as the surface.
The right specification starts with the condition of your property and the work it needs.

Before you appoint a contractor
Epoxy flooring contractor and installation cost: what to check in your quote
The final scope follows inspection. Ask for preparation, materials, access, testing and reinstatement to be itemised so you can compare proposals fairly.
Define the work included
- Slab preparation, repair and the specified resin floor build-up
- Finish, slip resistance, coves and markings only where itemised
Items that may cost extra
- Removing old coatings, oil contamination and moisture treatment
- Deep slab repairs, line marking, coving and phased access
What to send for an accurate quotation
Floor area, use, traffic loads, cleaning regime, spills, current finish and allowed shutdown time.
Comparing proposals
Compare the system thickness and preparation as well as price per square metre. Warehouse, car park and commercial kitchen floors have different requirements.
Changes to price and programme
Concealed damage, additional areas, changed materials or access restrictions can change the work. Ask for the extra cost, revised completion date and any effect on testing or warranty to be recorded and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Testing, handover and warranty
Confirm the inspection or testing method, completion records, aftercare and written warranty for the selected system. Coverage, duration, exclusions and maintenance requirements should be stated for your specific project.

FAQ
Questions about epoxy & industrial flooring
More answers on our FAQ page, or speak to an engineer directly.
Can you coat our warehouse floor without shutting down?
Yes — we phase works zone by zone and can work nights and weekends. Fast-cure systems return areas to light traffic quickly.
Why did our previous epoxy floor peel?
Usually moisture vapour from the slab or poor surface preparation. We test both before specifying, and use moisture-tolerant primers where needed.
Do you do car park waterproofing as well as coatings?
Yes. Car park decks above occupied levels need a waterproof, trafficable system — not just a floor paint — and we detail joints and drains as part of it.
