Leak detection & thermal inspection in Dubai
The stain is where water ends up, not where it gets in. We find the real entry point without breaking anything open — then show you exactly what we found.

Overview
Leak Detection & Thermal Inspection: scope, systems and delivery

Water can travel metres through screeds, walls and ceiling voids before it appears. That's why so many leaks in Dubai are 'fixed' in the wrong place, and why repeat call-outs are so common. Guesswork costs more than diagnosis.
Our engineers combine thermal imaging, calibrated moisture meters, endoscope cameras and airflow measurement to trace the path water takes through your building. Every finding is photographed, located on a plan and delivered as a clear, prioritised report — whether you then use Halo Shield or not.
The right specification starts with the condition of your property and the work it needs.
06Precision diagnostics
We see what others miss
Leaks rarely appear where water enters. Our diagnostic kit traces moisture back to its source before a single square metre is coated.
- 01Thermal imaging
- Finds hidden water, insulation gaps and thermal bridges behind finished surfaces.
- 02Moisture mapping
- Calibrated meters measure moisture content through walls, floors and ceilings.
- 03Endoscope cameras
- We look inside cavities and behind fixtures — without opening them up.
- 04Airflow analysis
- Anemometers quantify ventilation and HVAC performance that drive condensation.
- 05Electrical testing
- Safety and compliance checks wherever water and services meet.
- 06AI-assisted reports
- Every finding photographed, located and delivered as a clear, prioritised report.

Before you appoint a contractor
Water leak detection and thermal inspection: what to check in your quote
The final scope follows inspection. Ask for preparation, materials, access, testing and reinstatement to be itemised so you can compare proposals fairly.
Define the work included
- Affected areas, access and the agreed non-destructive investigation
- Findings, limitations and recommendations for the next repair stage
Items that may cost extra
- Opening inaccessible cavities or finishes
- Specialist plumbing tests, repairs and reinstatement
What to send for an accurate quotation
Leak timing, photos or video, floor plans, recent plumbing work and access to neighbouring areas if relevant.
Comparing proposals
Confirm the report deliverable and limitations. A thermal anomaly is an investigation clue and needs to be interpreted with other site evidence.
Changes to price and programme
Concealed damage, additional areas, changed materials or access restrictions can change the work. Ask for the extra cost, revised completion date and any effect on testing or warranty to be recorded and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Testing, handover and warranty
Confirm the inspection or testing method, completion records, aftercare and written warranty for the selected system. Coverage, duration, exclusions and maintenance requirements should be stated for your specific project.

FAQ
Questions about leak detection & thermal inspection
More answers on our FAQ page, or speak to an engineer directly.
Will you need to break walls or tiles to find a leak?
Not to find it. Our methods are non-destructive; opening up is only needed for the repair itself, and then only where the evidence points.
Can thermal imaging find leaks behind tiles?
Yes. Wet materials cool and heat differently from dry ones, so moisture behind tiles, plaster and ceilings shows up clearly — we confirm every reading with a moisture meter.
Do I get a written report?
Yes. You receive a photographed, plan-referenced report with findings, causes and recommended fixes, in priority order.
